I am going to learn how to save existing documents as templates.
So that you can reuse them over and over again and access them in word.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
Let's say that our name is SUN, and that we have a company of course, we are writing letters in the name of the company. And these letters always contain our business header.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
Now everyone understands that writing this header from scratch every time would be a complete waste of time.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
It is also not good to save this document and copy it whenever we want to write a new letter. Because therefore we have to locate the original file on the computer.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
Each time and we could also forget to copy it and overwrite our original file accidentally.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
And therefore, a good strategy is to simply save the header as a template.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
For that we go to the file tab, click on saves and then on brows then we change the documents to word's template.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
What you will notice is that the document path will have changed, and this is important, because this is the path where Microsoft Word automatically searches for manually created templates, so make sure to not change the path.文章源自LuckYou.ORG-https://luckyou.org/102.html
Now when we click on safe the template will be saved and we will be able to excess it from them in word.
When we stay in the file tab, but go to the section called new.
We will see all the templates offices to offer by default, but now there is another tab and through that personal tab.
We can access our saved template after we click on it.
All the contents from the template document will be loaded as a completely new document.
And by the way we can also insert form fields, or so called controls in a template.
The ones that we learned about in the last lesson with these controls we could save whole forms as a template.
So now you know why templates are useful and how to create templates from an existing document.
